Shuvah SMS program

SMS Program Terms

Effective October 21, 2026

These terms apply to the optional SMS program operated by Shuvah Israel Torah Center.

Program and consent

By providing your mobile number and choosing the relevant SMS consent box on our signup form, you agree to receive the selected categories of text messages from Shuvah Israel Torah Center, including messages sent using automated technology.

Each category requires your optional consent. Consent is not a condition of making a donation, membership, attendance, purchase, or receiving services. Provide a number you control and have authority to use.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies according to your requests, activity and selected message categories. Message and data rates may apply through your wireless provider. Shuvah does not charge a separate subscription fee for SMS updates.

Opt out

Reply STOP to any program message to unsubscribe. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out; no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Contact the office if you need assistance with an opt-out or a changed phone number.

Help and support

Reply HELP for help, call 323-238-2911, or email office@shuvahisrael.com.

Delivery

Message delivery depends on your carrier, device and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS should not be used for emergencies.

Payments

Receiving a payment link does not charge your account or authorize a payment. Any donation or payment requires a separate action on the linked payment page. If a pledge has already been paid or an amount is incorrect, contact the office before paying again.

Privacy

See our SMS Privacy Notice for how we handle your mobile information, messages, consent records and opt-out requests. Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Program changes

We may update this program or these terms. The current terms will be posted here with their effective date. You can stop receiving messages at any time using STOP.
